Essential Oils For Cellulite
Using essential oils for cellulite is one of the older methods of getting rid of cellulite but does it really work? There are many different kinds of essential oils that you can use and in this short article we will look at some of the more effective ones.
Essential oils are also used for stretch marks and have been known to help weight loss. I have to say that of all the treatments I have tried to get rid of cellulite there are better methods but I think you should always see for yourself. I have included here the ones I think are slightly better than some of the other less known oils.
Melaleuca Oil
This is one of the most versatile oils with its dozens of uses. This particular oil works by stimulating the collagen in the legs and thigh which stop fat building up. Even though this essential oil is good there are better ones.
Juniper
Juniper has been used for hundreds of years. This oil is more well known for being used against fluid retention. This is a bit of a wonder oil and is more famous for its detoxing elements. As this oil to increases circulation it makes it one of the stronger choices for getting rid of cellulite.
Rosemary
Rosemary is the last of the more effective essential oils. These oils are all very similar in the fact that they all help in circulation which is one the main reasons that fat builds up in the legs. An extra benefit is that it can be used for swelling. So if you have a job which leaves you standing for long periods of time, simply rub in some rosemary and it will help to reduce the swelling.
Conclusion
Using essential oils for cellulite and weight loss is good, however I have found that using specific skin treatments have had more of an effect at reducing cellulite. They have been used for hundreds of years but there has been great improvements in technology and science which has been good for skin treatments. Like with many things it is always good to experiment for yourself and see what works best for you.
