Be in tune with your body

At the same time, experience the movement and feel of how your body moves with all your senses. While you enjoy eating your food, if all that you’re putting into your body is junk, you know what the result is going to be. So select a healthier diet that have minimal grains and sugars. But while you eat healthier foods, select things that you would enjoy eating!
